Working together is simple and stress-free. Here's exactly what to expect when you choose Wanderlux Getaways to plan your next adventure.
Connect
Begin by completing my intake form so I can learn about you, your travel style, and your dream destinations, and see whether we're the right fit.
Getting to Know You
Once I've received it, I'll follow up personally within 48 hours to discuss your preferences, budget, and goals, and set up an initial call. From there, we'll determine the right level of service for your trip.
Trip Design
I'll curate a shortlist of accommodations suited to your style and budget, and for destination planning or full concierge service, begin crafting your custom itinerary, typically within a week.
Reservations
Once we've settled on the right selections, I'll secure every reservation for your accommodations. For full itineraries, I'll also arrange activities, dining, transfers, and special experiences.
Reconfirmation
As departure approaches, I'll stay in close contact with hotels and partners to confirm every detail, with regular check-ins along the way. You'll receive a polished itinerary with everything you need to travel 1-2 weeks prior to departure.
Pack Your Bags
The day has arrived. I'm just a call or text away for anything that comes up, from last-minute changes to questions along the way. Once you're home, I'll follow up to hear about the trip and start planning your next one.
