Connect

To begin, please fill out my intake form so I can learn more about you, your travel style, and dream destinations. This helps me determine if we're a good fit and how I can best serve you.

Getting to Know You

Once I've received your intake form, I'll reach out within 48-72 hours to ask any follow-up questions about your preferences, budget, and travel goals. From there, we'll determine the best service level for your needs.

Trip Design

I'll provide personalized recommendations for accommodations that match your style and budget. If you're interested in my destination planning or full concierge services, this is when I begin crafting your custom itinerary.

Reservations

Once we've narrowed down the perfect selections for you, I'll handle all reservations for accommodations. For comprehensive itineraries, I'll also book activities, dining, transfers, and special experiences.

Reconfirmation

Leading up to your departure, I'll be in communication with hotels and partners to ensure everything is perfectly set for your trip. I'll provide you with detailed itineraries and important travel information.

Pack Your Bags!

The day has finally come—time to embark on your dream trip! I'm available 24/7 via phone, text, or email for any unexpected changes, emergency assistance, last-minute reservations, or questions that arise during your travels.
